The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held via ZOOM on December 13, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., to consider and act on: the adoption of new Bylaws. Only the Members of record in good standing at the close of business on December 12, 2022, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. Members who do not expect to be present personally at the meeting and wish to vote, vote by proxy. Please contact the Club to discuss what this entails. We look forward to seeing you there.
